You can apply to become an Innova Certified Instructor in Six Thinking Hats?, Lateral Thinking, Management Thinking, Focus on Facilitation and Simplicity, giving you access to instructor materials and the knowledge and right to teach these programs to others.  In all cases where certified instructors teach Dr. de Bono's courses, the use of Innova materials are required.
