Kevin Cress is President of New Century Training, specializing in professional skills training that enhance human and organizational performance.  Kevin was the first New Englander to be certified in two of Dr. de Bono’s thinking training programs – “Six Thinking Hats” and “Direct Attention Thinking Tools” (DATT).  Kevin has a passion to help professionals develop their most important skill – the ability to think!

For the last 15 years, Kevin has established a reputation as an excellent speaker and effective training facilitator.  His working background in the electric power industry has helped him develop over 14 years of project management experience.  He has several certification, including Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and Certified Zenger-Miller Facilitator as well as his “Six Thinking Hats” and DATT certification.
