Jean M. Carroccio has twenty-five years experience training, facilitating and consulting with public, private, nonprofit organizations and individuals to improve their effectiveness. Her greatest passion is helping people and organizations discover and make use of their creative potential.

Jean holds graduate degrees in Public Administration and Social Work.

She is certified by Dr. Edward de Bono, one of the world’s leading creative thinking authorities to teach and facilitate using de Bono Thinking Systems: Six Thinking Hats; Lateral Thinking and Directed Attention Thinking. She has been involved in de Bono Systems work since 1995.

She is also certified to teach organizational communitcations skill.  Jean is a greaduate of the University of Colorado's Center for Public Private Partnership’s Community Leadership Forum and the Executive Forum’s Executive Excellence Leadership Studies Program.
