Certified trainer status is awarded to individuals whom satisfactorily complete a certification workshop.  A certified trainer is authorized to train end-users on the specific workshops in which they are certified.

Master Trainer status is awarded to those certified trainers who have trained a minimum of 250 people in the workshop and have demonstrated excellence in the field.   Master Trainers are authorized to not only conduct end-user training events but also certification (train-the-trainer) events.  There are only 25 de Bono Master Trainers worldwide.

Lifetime Master Trainer status is reserved for professional consultants who have been affiliated with the de Bono organization for at least 10 years, have trained over 10,000 people in de Bono thinking techniques, have demonstrated outstanding platform skills, and who exemplify the highest standards in customer service.  There are only 4 de Bono Trainer's worldwide who have achieved this special status.

Innovator's Club is a special designation for innovative contributions to the Innova consultant’s network and exceptional performance as it relates to exposing new customers to the de Bono Thinking Systems innovation methods.
