Cancellation Policy for Public Course
Cancellations received within 14 days of the training course will receive no refund. You may substitute another attendee at an additional fee of $250.

Cancellations received more than 14 days before the training course are subject to a 10% service charge, plus the cost of any completed pre-work. You may substitute another attendee at an additional fee of $250.

Transfer Policy for Public Course
Transfers to another training date received within 14 days of the public training course are subject to a $250 service charge.

Public Course No Shows
If you fail to show up for a course without canceling/transferring before the event, you are liable for the full fee.
