Four partipants took part in the end-user portion of the class and two other participants stayed to become Certified Trainers in Lateral Thinking.

Overview
The first two days Dr. Edward de Bono lead class participants through the new course launch of Six Value Medals. During this time, people learned tools and techniques to make a significant impact in their value-based decision making. Some objectives of the class were:
- Importance of Values
- Value Scan
- Six Value Medals in detail
- Perception
- Tools: Value Triangle and Value Map
Those wishing to become Certified Trainers in Six Value Medals participated in the remaining two days.

EVENT: Course in Creativity
WHEN: SEPTEMBER 17-19, 2007
WHERE: GREENSBORO, NC
INSTRUCTOR: JAY WENBERG (Six Hats) & BARBARA STENNES (Lateral Thinking)
Overview
Participants attended the one-day Six Thinking Hats or continued on to the two-day Lateral Thinking. These two courses combined resulted in a three day Course in Creativity. During this event, participants learned how to think creatively with minimal effort both independently and in groups. Tools and techniques such as the Six Thinking Hats, Concept Triangle, Random Entry, and Harvesting Ideas were discussed and put into practice several times. Some of the main objectives of this course included:
- Reduce risks and target goals
- Cut meetings down to a fraction of the time
- Turn problems into opportunities
- Become innovative on demand
Real-life examples were used and participants were amazed at how easily they could start incorporating these new tools into their daily activites. They were also able to practice facilitating a short meeting within their small groups.

Participants from all over the US including Virginia, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Georgia, Tennesee, and Washington D.C. attended Six Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking. Innova clients included companies such as:
