How to Apply
Innova certifies qualified individuals to teach Dr. de Bono's intellectual properties. We expect instructors to sustain a value and integrity of the Dr. de Bono Thinking Systems material as well as his personal reputation and credibility. Your qualifications will need to include proof of professional achievement, your own personal integrity and your firm commitment to teach the courses as they are written, using the participant manuals. On acceptance of your application we will send you an agreement to be signed and returned with full payment.
Certification Process
- Application Form - Candidates must first apply for certification and are asked to provide: educational background, training experience and proof of professional achievement.
- Professional Reference - Candidates are required to submit three professional references when applying for certification.

Upon Approval - Candidates are send a certified trainer agreement to be signed and returned prior to attending certification.
