This course specifically addresses the development needs of facilitation skills with the de Bono Thinking methodologies. 

Facilitator skills are in high demand today as companies search for specialists who are professionally trained to effectively manage team interactions.  Whether live or virtual, teams need assistance to move quickly toward project and process goals.  Focus on Facilitation™ is the optimum training course for companies who desperately need new systems to help employees stop wasting time in ineffective meetings.

Focus on Facilitation™ workshops, taught by certified instructors, equip participants to manage group process with new power and efficiency.  They learn to help teams get results by using tools from all three de Bono thinking systems: Six Thinking Hats®, Lateral Thinking, and Management Thinking (DATT™).  The facilitator credential is also a signal to help clients identify well-qualified individuals with standardized facilitation skills and tools.

Prerequisites:
Attendees must have completed training in Six Thinking Hats end-user workshop.  Lateral Thinking end-user workshop is recommended but not required.
